Pilot
Cuts 11 is the same location as the first two cuts and cuts 12 thru 18 proceed northbound up NW 9th Court and turn westbound onto NW 11th Street.
Cuts 19,20,+21 were filmed at the same intersection.
Cut 22 is a reuse of the same clip of film as cut #11. Check out the van turning from NW 11th Street which makes it obvious.
Cut 23 they are headed eastbound on 11th Street back toward NW 9th Court. From here on the cuts make real life geographical sense.
Cuts 24 thru 28 were filmed as they went eastbound on NW 10th Street and turned northbound on NW 7th Ave.
Cut 29 they continue northbound on NW 7th Ave and pass NW 13th Street. Behind Michael we see a building in the near background. This is the Comcast Building (outlined in red in the picture below).
In cut 30 they continue northbound on NW 7th Ave and then turn westbound onto NW 14th Street as seen below.
Cut 31 they are continuing thru the turn. Cut 32 they are now westbound on NW 14th Street with the intersection and a house of correction in the background as seen below.
Cut 33 they turn left (southbound) into the Comcast parking lot as seen below.
Cuts 34 + 35 show the FBI following closely, but pulling into the main parking lot where Michael turned about 25 feet sooner and is going down a drive between the building and the lot.
Cuts 36 thru 41 are all shot as they chase through the Comcast lot as seen below.
Cut 42 the FBI is halted by a chain-
Cut 43 Michael pulls thru to NW 13th Street and heads west. In cut 44 he continues west on NW 13th Street past the FBI clowns.
In cut 45 Michael turns northbound on NW 7th Court as seen below.
Cut 46: They have turned off NW 7 Court and are eastbound on NW 14th Street back toward NW 7th Ave. Not a move a spy or anyone else would take in real life because it would take them back toward the FBI agents.
Cuts 47 + 48 are southbound on NW 7th Ave past the buildings seen below.

Cut 49 + 50 are the same exact location as cuts 47 + 48 but the camera is looking west. NW 7th Ave. by NW 12th Street. Light green arrow in the picture above.
Cut 51 was filmed as they traveled westbound on NW 11th Street. I sussed this out after seeing a mailbox in the background with the address of 776 on it. A quick look around revealed its location on NW 11th Street.
Cuts 52 53 55 + 56 look like they were filmed in the same area but I have not determined their locations yet. Cut 54 was filmed westbound on NW 11th Street just west of cut 51. Cut 51 is yellow arrow in picture below while red arrow represents cut 54's position.
Cut 57 was filmed as they headed east on NW 19th Street with NW 12th Ave. in the background. They are outside Jackson Memorial Hospital. Cut 58 continues into the hospital and stops at the main entrance of Jackson Memorial.
